Andy Rathbone. FOUNDER.
Born 1970. Warwickshire. England.

In the late 1990s he learnt the inner workings of top advertising Agencies Collett Dickinson and Pearce, McCann Erickson and Lowe Howard-Spink.

Founded in 2016, Andy heads the 45 Media team to deliver effective global branding and campaigns for projects across the UK and EMEA regions. He has a flexible approach, producing branding which cuts through the clutter.

The agency supports clients in the Automotive, Beer, Wines and Spirits, Cyber Security, Food, Leisure and Property sectors.

45 Media helps businesses explore the opportunities for design and establish strategic frameworks and roadmaps; delivering an end-to-end design and development service.

Peter MacMurray. SENIOR DESIGNER AND DEVELOPER.
Born 1984. North Yorkshire. England.

Peter originally qualified in product design. He is most happy problem solving and being immersed in code, leading the digital arm of the business with a sense of purpose. 

He is an integral part of the team and has a positive impact with our clients and within the 45 Media family.

Sarah Forte. PROJECT MANAGER.
Born 1977. Leicestershire. England.

Sarah’s career began in the world of finance and then progressing to look after the property portfolio for Next PLC. This led to her moving to liaise with the marketing departments of large corporates in London in the property, leisure and finance sectors. 

Sarah’s cool demeanour and efficiency keep the 45 Media wheels turning on a day-to-day basis.
